5 gut-healthy & nourishing breakfasts *hormone balancing, high protein + fiber*

One mistake I made was not making time for a *nourishing* breakfast 🥄🍳 I’ve spent years doing intermittent fasting (aka skipping breakfasts), moreso because I just never made the time to eat and would have coffee on an empty stomach. But over the last couple of months, I’ve been putting new and healthy habits into my daily life and seeking tips from my TCM doctor, starting with a small and warming meal in the morning. It’s completely changed how I feel during the day, what my skin looks like and also helped with bloating, regulating my hormones, and improve my menstrual cycle!
